Do customers need to download an app?

Customers can open their Web Pass in a browser. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are also available where the merchant has completed the required setup.

Can we keep our current payment methods?

Yes. TallyPass handles digital cards, visits, points and attendance records. Keep your existing payment and booking processes.

Does it work beyond restaurants?

Retail shops, florists, studios, fitness and care services, and events can use loyalty, prepaid or attendance cards to suit their needs.
